Since 2002, Stanza Group has provided construction management and design services in the areas of residential and mixed use commercial development. In 2017, Stanza Group was relaunched to focus on our three core competencies: construction & design, small-scale real estate development, and retail & hospitality business development & operations.

We understand the importance of the three-legged relationship between these services, and we take advantage of the efficiencies this expertise enables us to provide to our clients. This diverse clientele ranges from single family homeowners, professional athletes, small business owners, healthcare facilities, and art museums, to large developers and corporations across Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
